• "We" or "us" refers to Omni Potent Solutions p/l trading as yeswebsites.com.au
• "You" refers to, well you the person ordering the product and anyone acting for you who uses the product you have ordered.

So the conditions of sale are:

• You will not hide, obscure or disable the backlink to yeswebsites.com.au on products which contain the backlink when purchased.
• You will only use the templates or themes purchased from us for one website per item purchased.
• We cannot guarantee that templates and themes purchased from us will work in all circumstances (please contact us if you have a problem though).
• We don't really like legal mumbo jumbo and much prefer to sort out issues with you in a reasonable and helpful manner. We hope you feel the same :-)
• We like happy and satisfied customers (see previous point)
• We will send you a download link for products ordered upon settlement (unless there is a technical issue!)

Your Privacy

• We collect your email address to send you the download link for purchased products.
• We will not give or sell your email address or other contact details to any other business or individual, or ever make those details public.

Our Marketing

• If we ever send you marketing email, it will be no more than once a month.
• With any marketing email we send you, we will give you the opportunity to opt out of future marketing emails.
